Honestly exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable and don't feel too slick even though I opted for the leather sole. Will definitely think about getting the green shoes next !
The main reason I bought these shoes is because they have leather soles. This allows the Earth's field charge to rise through your body into the upper atmosphere, and occasionally in the other direction from the upper atmosphere through your body into the Earth. This promotes good health. These shoes are also very comfortable, and I like the way they look.
I'm now a proud owner of two pairs of these boots, and I adore them! The brown pair was a tad snug, but I figured the next size up would be too loose. Thankfully, the customer service team was incredibly helpful and offered some great tips for breaking them in and stretching them a bit. After that, I decided to try their penny loafers, and they fit perfectly right out of the box! I can't recommend these shoes enough.

Love these sandals! I did put a thin insole in because the stitching was a little uncomfortable on my toes. But I can see these bea8ng my favorite sandals as the break in to my foot shape
These sandals swallowed my feet. The sides of them are too tall and rub my ankle bone. However, I purchased their booties and the same exact size fit me perfectly.
Ordered my usual size 39 and they came a little small. The tip of the right sandal has a slight pucker that you can see with each step and it’s exactly where my toe rubs. Might be a slight defect being they are hand made.

These sandals are awesome, they're made out of genuine leather which feel sturdy & high quality! I measured my foot beforehand & chose the dark brown color in a size 38/7.5-8US, & I'd say based upon what I measured it's fairly accurate. I recently had foot surgery to correct a bunion, so I needed sandals w/ a wide toe box to accommodate that & these have plenty of room to do just that. they look so cute, & they'll go w/ so much in my closet! I wear a lot of gold jewelry so I appreciate the antique brass/gold metal detail of the buckle too. The straps come w/ plenty of holes to adjust to your foot, the copper grounding is cool, & w/ time it'll get more comfy to mold to your foot. The shipping was fast considering it came all the way from Turkey too. Get them! A worthy investment for your feet's health
If you're wondering how barefoot shoes feel, let me put it like this, it's like putting your foot inside the softest blanket that you never want to take off. I did not know leather could be so soft. These shoes are cute, comfortable, and will go with just about everything. They are handmade so there's some grace needed with sizing, nothing handmade is an exact replica of the one before so if you have multiple there's gonna be slight differences. Mine are exactly as pictured and I am so excited to wear them everywhere.
I will say the first pair of shoes I ordered from istanbullu ordered exactly to my measurements and should have given myself more leeway. I ended up sizing up for my second order (originally EU size 39, sized up to 40) and they are perfect. It gave me just enough extra on the sides to feel like I had room for natural foot movement without being too long.
I 100/10 reccomend these to anyone who is interested!!!

I adore these slippers! The craftsmanship is high level and I feel like I’m on vacation in Türkiye.
Only regret is how fast I'm wearing them out. I wear them everywhere and love them. The leather sole molds to your foot. I wish I would have used the measurement guide they offer and bought a smaller boots. Mine were a bit big but I soaked them in water and wore them dry and they are almost perfect. People ask me about them all the time. Seriously if you're on the fence just pull the trigger you won't reget it.
